A shorter celebration fits Half Day; a ceremony and full reception fits Full Day. If neither quite fits, just reach out and we’ll build something custom.

Starting at $500
Up to 5 hours on-site · Active coordination begins 1 month out.

2 to 3 Planning Meetings
We’ll meet before the event to go over your vision, vendors, timeline, and specific needs.
Comprehensive Day-Of Checklist
A clear plan covering setup, ceremony transitions, food service timing, and cleanup, sent to you in advance for approval. Changes are welcome right up to the day.
On-Site Day-Of Coordination
I’ll arrive early and stay late to oversee setup, troubleshoot problems, and keep everything running smoothly.
Vendor Communication
I’ll be the point of contact for all your vendors and helpers so you can stay in celebration mode. Caterers, DJs, bands, florists — all guided and managed by me.
MC Announcements
I’ll make key announcements throughout the day including guiding guests from ceremony to reception, introducing toasts, and letting everyone know when dessert is served.
Calm, Competent Presence
If something goes wrong, you may never know — because I’ve already handled it.
Add-ons
Add event bartending for a signature cocktail toast, or the lawn games package for a backyard celebration.
