Planning meetingsWe meet 2 to 3 times before your event so I understand every detail: how much setup there is, when the DJ and caterers arrive, and when everything has to be packed up and cleared out.
The final monthActive coordination begins. I send you a day-of checklist covering setup, ceremony transitions, food service timing and cleanup. You approve it, and changes are welcome right up to the day.
The day itselfI arrive early and stay late. I oversee setup, run the timeline, manage every vendor, make the key announcements and handle anything that goes sideways, so you can be fully present.
After the last danceI make sure everything is packed up, cleared out and in the right hands.

2 to 3 Planning Meetings
We’ll meet before the event to go over your vision, vendors, timeline, and specific needs.
Comprehensive Day-Of Checklist
A clear plan covering setup, ceremony transitions, food service timing, and cleanup, sent to you in advance for approval. Changes are welcome right up to the day.
On-Site Day-Of Coordination
I’ll arrive early and stay late to oversee setup, troubleshoot problems, and keep everything running smoothly.
Vendor Communication
I’ll be the point of contact for all your vendors and helpers so you can stay in celebration mode. Caterers, DJs, bands, florists — all guided and managed by me.
MC Announcements
I’ll make key announcements throughout the day including guiding guests from ceremony to reception, introducing toasts, and letting everyone know when dessert is served.
Calm, Competent Presence
If something goes wrong, you may never know — because I’ve already handled it.

Rehearsal dinner coordination, event bartending, a lawn games package, and travel itineraries for your guests.
