No. You can reach me by email and phone from our first consultation, and we have 2 to 3 planning meetings in the weeks before your event. Active coordination begins 1 month out for the Half Day and Full Day packages.
Half Day covers up to 5 hours on-site and suits smaller or shorter events. Full Day is at least 8 hours and covers the ceremony and reception. Partial Planning adds venue site visits, a full timeline built for you, a to-scale venue layout and decor guidance. Multi-Day Camp Wedding covers 2 to 3 days of coordination. Answer a few questions for a suggestion, or see all the packages and prices.
