The story behind the name
On some of the most challenging hikes I guided in Zion National Park, like the steep trek to Scout Lookout, I'd carry a whole pineapple, a cutting board and a knife in my backpack. When our guests reached the top, I'd surprise them with fresh-cut pineapple.
